Interesting to pick up my truck and it was not clean. It’s the little details like this that disappoint the whole experience. I had just come back from a trip and the front in was dirty. When I picked it up the windshield was very dirty.

There were scratches at my left mirror when I was ready to drive my Vehicle. Although the staff agreed to repolish for me, it is a surprising incident for me. I had to wait for 20 more minutes at the shop. Also, there was a dirty foot print on my passenger seat. It is strange.

From the beginning 'estimate' throughout the process and into the final check and pickup of our vehicle the Mt. View Body Shop staff were exceptionally pleasant, very clear, very complete (both technically and about the "insurance" process) and CONSIDERATELY KIND! ALL aspects of the damage repair were explained, and shown, in detail ... ROBERT and the other staff are extremely professional, keeping us updated with email and (when needed) voice communication. The work was "showroom perfect" with even a picky, car-nut like myself being comfortably impressed with the precision and fine detail of the completed work ... and the cost was exceedingly reasonable!

My only complaint ...the car was not washed as promised by the gentleman who called with a status update. And when using someone's XM Radio is wise to put the station back on what it was when it was changed.
