Whenever I called, anyone answering the phone was always courteous and never tried to brush me off. That is very much appreciated. My car was nicely polished and vacuumed and I really liked that nice touch. So far so good, the car is as good as new, at least so far.

My vehicle now has several scratches all over the fenders since it was taken to your shop. When I picked up my vehicle a staff member never offered or tried to ask me if the repairs looked okay or bothered to do a final walk around of my vehicle after you repaired it. My hood locks were not locked and I wasn’t notified when I picked up my vehicle either and that almost caused the same damage to happen again. It took staff members 40 minutes to bring my vehicle out to me. I have never had a more horrible experience with any business as bad as my experience was at your shop.

The email updates were nice but it would be nice to make sure they are real time updates. for example I was told my vehicle would be done on Thursday but it wasn’t and I didn’t get any updates that it was going to stay there an extra day & I had to call in to find out that my car was ready for pick up.
