There was trash and receipts from 8/**** in my cup holder and food smudges on the steering wheel. I dropped off my car in clean trash-free condition on 7/31 and picked it up on 8/2, so the trash, food smudges and debris from food wrappers was left from someone at the auto center who had used the car for a personal lunch. I brought my car in for a cosmetic issue (not mechanical), so there shouldn’t have been a reason to use customer vehicles to purchase personal lunches and leaving said debris in the vehicle for the customer to clean after your workers.

When I picked up my car on Saturday, I asked for a summary of what was fixed exactly and if those repairs were guaranteed (I am referring to the second round of repairs from the damage from the shop). The attendant told me that your office would get back to me with those documents sent over to me via email. Please follow up as soon as you can.

I was summoned to pickup my vehicle at 3 PM on 7/31/2019. So I showed up at 5:50 PM on that evening, only to be turned back to come back next morning. At 8 AM ****/8/2019, I was told they shouldn't have called me because there was a side stripe missing on my vehicle. When I called back at 5 PM on 8/****/2019 I was told the vehicle will be ready at 5:30 PM and should be picked up before 6 PM. I was able to pick it up at 5:45 PM, but I would ask management to be respectful of their client's time and not ask them to visit unnecessarily when the vehicle is not ready.

There was an error showing on the speedometer panel when I was returned the car after servicing the first time. And I had to go back in and talk to the person in-charge again who did further consultations and decided that I will have to leave the car for further repairs. While I was returned the car the next working day, I believe this error should have been caught the very first time without me pointing out, since it was flashing right on the speedometer panel the whole time.
