No problems. The availabilty of a GEICO representative and a rental car righ there is a major plus. The ability to bring my car in on the day I filed the claim was also helpful.

I was completely satisfied from beginning to end the rent a car was there waiting for me the woman Lori was very nice and courteous very professional walked me through every process step by step from the beginning of when I drop my car off till the end she is an A employee the people that I spoke with from office took care of my little cork request and the car looks absolutely fabulous you cannot tell that the car was ever hit they went beyond my expectations they are a quality body shop I would recommend them to everybody
