I thought Car Crafters did well with the timing of the repair. My complaint is more about the detail service done - I believe with another business. Although the interior came back mostly clean, the trunk windows are still filthy and bird poop on the exterior wasn’t cleaned off. I believe this complaint is purely directed toward the company that detailed my car while Car Crafters did a good job with the bumper repair.

Robert Gallegos did a wonderful job of giving me the customer service I hope for. I own my own business and my Mom & Pop shop has made Best of City Top 5 against large chains due to the service we provide. This being said, my standards are VERY HIGH!! Robert Gallegos is the type of employee I would hire and strive to hang on to.... the girls at the counter we're efficient and professional.
