I cannot believe how smooth everything went from the beginning to the end the personnel was awesome the kind of people you want to deal with. I would really like to tell Rodger what a great asset he is to your company. I really have never had such a great experience when something bad happens as far as an accident. 8 weeks to do repairs. Michelle’s communication was sub par. Asked the shop manager what the delay was - and the guy was a waste of time running in circles with his mouth being a jackass.
