LT did everything he said he would and even had my car back to me sooner than he originally said. Very nice young man and very pleasant to deal with. My car looks brand new ! I highly recommend Car Crafters .

The entire experience was painless! Joe answered questions patiently even when he had to explain things to me twice. The receptionist, I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, was delightful every time we talked. Thanks for hiring such helpful people.

I contacted CC to get a rearview mirror replaced that I was told was not in stock and needed to be ordered. I was told I would be contacted after the part was received. After over a week of not hearing from anyone, I contacted Paul and he told me he had me scheduled for 2 days previous. I had no clue but I scheduled for the following week. I just picked up my car today but I left spending twice as much as orginally quoted because they ordered the wrong part initially. The correct part was way more expensive. The part was I stalled a d was needed so I guess I cant complain but when I got home I noticed two large scratches in our front fender that WERE NOT there previous to dropping the vehicle off. Paul was our contact and probably shouldnt be in contact with customers. He is rude and short with answers. Overall, I'm disappointed in the customer service.

I couldn’t be happier with every aspect of my experience in my recent business dealings and car repair with Car Crafters. My car looks beautiful and was finished in record time! Customer service is fantastic and I was kept updated throughout the repair process via text, which is a really valuable feature offered by Car Crafters to its customers! Paul was not very friendly to deal with. He was rude in the beginning. I had a quote already and he insisted there was not one. The receptionist found the quote and paul rudely told me that it was my fault and i did not tell him when i really did. When i went back to drop off car he never came out of his office and did not greet me. He just told me leave the keys on the receptionist desk. I felt he could have came out and shook my hand and greeted me. When i picked up the car that was the only time he shook my hand but even then i felt he didnt have interest in having a good or pleasant attitude. I never felt welcomed or appreciated as a customer.

They did a great job repairing the damage. It looks very nice. But the sliding door on our van will not lock now. Even after locking all of the doors the sliding door still opens.i will call tomorrow to ask them to fix ut.

I love you guys. I actually ASKED for you with my insurance. My Jeep looks awesome and everyone was so incredibly nice and professional. I hope to never need you again but if I do- I will choose you guys on a heartbeat.
