LT and his team were great at communicating with me during the process. My car had been stolen nearly a month prior, and I was glad to finally have a steady flow of information about getting my car back. I appreciated regular updates about when my car arrived, when the drug test came back (and when it had been delayed!), when the estimate was complete, when the work started, and when it was all done. My car looks great now! I feel it’s just as reliable as when it was stolen, and the inside and outside are clean and flawless. It’s just like they say—it’s like it never happened.
