Everyone I spoke with, most often Julian in Plainfield, was knowledgeable, helpful, and very pleasant. The location in Plainfield was nice, modern looking, clean. Workers also looked businesslike, neatly attired. A very nice experience, even though my car needed repairs!

I have to afmit I was a little **** about Geico and Crash Champions when I spoke to the Geico rep on the phone. Not because of the customer service rep (who was extremely nice) but because I never delt wirh Geico before. I have to say that my experience was great! Jason at Crash Champions was very friendly and informative and when I picked up my car, I found that it had been cleaned! Everyone involved turned a bad experience (getting my car hit) into a positive one. So much so that I am considering changing car insurances.

Just seemed to take a long time - everything else was awesome, so maybe that's a strict threshold, but you did ask "completely satisfied". I would still recommend strongly - much better than when I had to use service king - not even close from a service perspective, actually.
