There was a lack of communication about the completion of the car. We called simply to check the status of the repairs in a Friday afternoon and were told as a matter of fact it’s being washed right now you can pick it up this afternoon before 6. That involved stopping in the middle of the work afternoon and figuring out how to get the rental car back. It was very stressful as traffic was bad at 5 pm and the rental car closes at 5:30. The last communication we had received was they were waiting on parts and it would be next week. We were only calling to see if parts had arrived and an eta for completion. Poor communication. This made the experience very stressful. The quality of work in repairs was good.

I noticed a sound after my repair as if the door is not sealing. I made an appointment to bring my car back in, but when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that the person I had been working with was out and no one could look at my vehicle that day. I have not received a follow up call to reschedule and was frustrated that I was not notified before I drove over for the appointment. I scheduled the appointment around my work schedule, and will have to take time off to bring the car back in.

Customer service on a scale of ****-10, 10 being the highest I give them 10+. My car was ready way ahead of the expected time and they had washed and vacuumed it out. I had shared that my daughter drives it, and it was a mess, and they went the extra mile! I appreciate you guys more than you know!

The fact that my rep Jimmy Nix did everything that he said that he was going to do. He actually came up with the idea to access my vehicle and find out what parts that where needed (give me my vehicle back to me) and have me bring it to do the official repair when the parts arrived. This small gesture was very beneficial for me because I did not have rental car coverage. The time was about 4 weeks but was not substantial due to that process.

Very, very happy with repairs. Car absolutely looks like new. Staff were awesome. The only negative was no updated status, kept a rental longer than needed. The status update went from working on it, parts on order, 11 days later...done with no estimate updates. I get it, we had 2 big ice storms before the repair, they were very busy.
Again, the repairs were perfect, flawless, even in the sunlight. Great job!!!!!

Overall the job seemed that they did go all out to assure me that they would check all angles of my car from front wheel alignment sensors the car wasn’t completely detailed had items missing from trunk which could have occurred anywhere still have headliner to put in but they are keeping me posted. I’m just skeptical of the warranty factor of the work was done do to my car had only 2000 miles on it in which was brand new. I thank them for going all out to make sure there were no job incomplete do to the damage to my car and had gotten with the experts on the engine and sensors mechanic and will set up appointments to have the car serviced in the future.
