Dropping off the car was a little bumpy. The gentleman who greeted was annoyed I didn't make an appt in advance. I was told by AAA they'd send my information, and I'd just have to give my claim number when I arrived. I tried to give this gentleman my claim no., but apparently he didn't write it down, just telling me the guy who handles AAA claims is in training. That seemed to delay the whole process. I enjoyed working with John Terry and Chuck though.

CLayton was most courteous and helpful. When I had a problem with my “check engine” light coming on as I was driving Homs after picking up my car, he stayed late so that I could turn around and come right back. They couldn’t assess the problem that night because the mechanic had gone home so they covered the cost of my rental for another day. When I arrived the next day, the problem was solved, and my beatifully repaired car was flawless. I would recommend Vandergriff Collision Company to everyone. Great work and great service.
