Completely would have been a new truck

Clayton did a great job in keeping me updated on the status of my truck. Everything was done as promised by him. The lady at the front desk was very nice and everything was always ready when I got there with no waiting. I think her name was Debra, but I'm not sure. In all, I was very satisfied with vandergriff as always.

Was not updated on my car which caused a huge inconvenience for me.

Not sure who Jose N Camara is, but that is the email used. I am disappointed in the automated email system that was used. Without Nelson, this place would fold. He made over and above efforts to keep me from strangling the gal at Farmers. I do believe if he had not stepped in a completed the repairs I would have sued Farmers.

Vandergriff Collison kept me informed during the process of my repair via text messages. That was very convenient as I am not always able to answer my phone. My repair was completed ahead of schedule and I was notified immediately.

I took my Genesis G80 sport in for a quote with an insurance claim. I knew I wanted to get my work done with a facility that would take care of my car and familiar with my G80 vs a Geico appointed facility like Service King. Deborah, Clayton hands down made an experience 5 stars because they actually treated my claim as their own, kept me updated, answered my questions and went out of the way to assure me my car would be taken care of from the frame all the way down to a sensor calibration. Body work was immaculate, reporting was accurate, no damage, no scratches the guys doing the work in the shop did a superb job. Every piece that needed work was done and Vandergriff Collision made sure my car was 100% taken care of and got every last repair needed from insurance taken care of. Feel free to share this review.
