From the time I dropped off the car to the time I picked it up it was great customer service. I went to pick up my vehicle & they detailed the inside of my car, vacuumed and cleaned it out !!! They went above and beyond!!! I definitely will be sending business your way & be returning for any future business !!! Then you !!!!

The repair was 3 weeks late. There was a tool stuck in my headliner. All four wheels were scratched. I am hoping they will get replaced.

My vehicle was not repaired to pre-accident condition. It was listed on the intake form as in "good" condition when in fact it was off the showroom floor brand new. It was raining when I picked up my car from the shop so I couldn't really see the quality of the repair work but once the rain stopped, it was clear to see that the collision repair was not checked after completion. There are gaps in the hood, light fixtures. In addition to that, my vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke and no one in my family smokes. I phoned the office twice to speak with someone about it and have not received a return call. Colleen is very nice but the repair work leaves much to be desired. I have contacted GEICO to alert them of my dissatisfaction and expect that the issues notes above will be addressed quickly and completely.

From the front to the back my service was a complete satisfaction. Customer service was top notch. The updates by email and text were great. Front office staff, Jill and Matt were amazing. I felt well informed and comfortable when I left my vehicle at the shop. The entire experience left me with a great taste in my mouth. I will refer all of my friends and family to Carubba. Thank you all for making this a wonderful experience.
