I signed up for the text updates, I did not get one single text update. I only received one phone call and 2 emails the entire time my car was in the shop. The day before my car was set to be done I called in around 1230 pm to ask some questions and get an update. I was informed that they would have Molly call me back, with 5 hours left in the business day before they closed I did not get a call back at all. When I picked up my car I was rushed out, not given much details or much of a walk around. After I left I noticed my passenger side dash panel on the inside had gouges in it that were not there when I dropped the unit off. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service displayed by this shop.

Dan Cameron and his team did a great job! I am very happy with the work that was done. He went above and beyond expectations and did a very thorough job. I was very excited to have my car back after only three days. The whole staff was very friendly and sympathetic to my hit and run situation. The car rental was also a big help for me because I didn’t have to cancel two doctors appointments while my car was in the shop.

When we booked our appointment to bring our van to Carubba we were told that our remaining balance on our rental would be paid for by Carubba. This was not the case. We were disappointed that we were not provided with the correct information upon booking our appointment because this was the reason we chose Carubba. Please inform your staff that this is not your policy if they have rental insurance.

The level of communication is great from you guys, but not accurate. I received three emails telling me you guys were right on schedule. Then I get a fourth telling me it’s done. Typically I understand the quicker the better, but in this case it was a big inconvenience for me as I made plans all week based on when you guys said it would be done.
