Compared to other experiences I’ve had with auto body repair, this was exceptional. Working FT I appreciated not having to try to find time to get estimates, etc. Being able to pick up and drop off the rental car at the garage was very convenient. The text message updates and communications were a plus. The staff of Enterprise and Carbba’s is professional and friendly and I was 100% satisfied with the short turnaround time and quality of repair work performed. I can’t think of any way you could have made this experience any better.

I’ll start with my very first contact with your company. I spoke with Charlene. You’ve got the perfect person working your call center! I have NEVER felt so at ease in dealing with this kind of situation. I was having a rotten day, but Charlene had me laughing by conversations end. Commend her customer service and fantastic work ethic/attitude! Then, from Gabe to Ms Longo to the car rental to having my car back sooner than expected, I was made to feel like my business really mattered to them. They fully explained EVERYTHING, did excellent work, and like I said before, got my car finished ahead of schedule, all of which is completely unheard of these days. Most businesses treat customers with a rude attitude. Not yours. I’m going to definitely recommend your business to everyone that I know who needs a car repaired. Plus, my vehicle looks brand new - inside and out. I could go on and on, but you’ve got excellent staff and do excellent work. What more could anybody expect?? THANK YOU

Wow te team at Scotia was phenomenal! Ashley was so sweet and was so helpful with all of the details involving my repair. Dan was also awesome! The other women on the office I think her name is **** was also super great! Everyone was so helpful and really handled everything for me. Thank you sommuch for providing such great service.

I was very pleased with the results!

Seems to be miss communication between front staff and repair guys. Very frustrated right now with my outcome. Had my car a whole 2 min didn’t get a block before I turned around to have you guys look at it again. Looked great but still issues somewhere in back of car. The part that mad me mad is a kept pointing out this one issue from day one and I kept getting we will get back to you on that and never once got a call on it.

Good communication during repair. I liked the fact that the car was cleaned when I picked it up.

My headlights are not connected properly. I do not have front headlights, turn signals, or high beam.

Unfortunately this was my second time at Carubba but they made the experience so easy. Everyone was very professional and made me feel like I was important and that repairing my car and getting it back to me in an expeditious manner was important. They did a great job and in only a couple of days. Thank you Carubba!

Everything from the time I dropped off the car to picking up the car was great. I was kept informed of the progress and the car was completed before the date I was originally thinking of. The people I dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Being able to rent a car right on the premises was convenient and such a plus. The enterprise person was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Ran into a few different problems along the way that the team handled very fast, and notified me about everything along the way.
