The repairs were not lined up properly. I was never given the option to have the damaged repaired the right way even if I were to have to pay a little more out of pocket.

With your connection with Enterprise,if there is a rental,it should be an equal or better vehicle. If I didn't check prior, I would have been put into a 2 door sedan, not an SUV similar to what I drive. Other then that, the service was quick and satisfying.

I Appreciated the regular updates on the work being done. Also really appreciated that my vehicle had been completely cleaned inside and out. That was a nice surprise! Front desk personnel were very pleasant and accommodating!

The insurance agent who set this all up, Andrew Clemens, seemed very lazy about this and annoyed me a lot. I wish he cared about customer service as much as you at Carubba Collision care about customer service.

Based on her much-earlier experience, my wife had strongly recommended that I go straight to Carubba for my repair, and she was right! Gabe Karpati, your Guest Services Representative, was excellent. He listened to my concerns about the problem and its potential costs, he kept me up-dated as your team peeled-back the damage to identify all that needed to be done, he worked with the insurance adjuster to come to a good conclusion re how to proceed, and he kept me closely informed every step of the way. And the work was even completed several days earlier than I had anticipated! Perfect! And the car looks like-new! Thank you so much for an outstanding outcome in every respect!
