The auto rental offered by Carubba was not totaly free I have to pay insurance for the rental car.

Josh Goff and his excellent team; Chad ****, Charlie Regan, and Patty at the front desk were exceptional! I felt like they loved my car as much as I do and treated me with kindness, respect, and sincerity every step of the way! I would bring my car back to the shop at 601 Erie Blvd West in Syracuse NY for any collision or body work needs in the future. I will also highly recommended this exceptional crew to everyone! They rescheduled 4 times for my pick up date... they didnt tell me until **** day before I was supposed to pick it up or the same day of the pick up. Also when I went in I saw the sign said they do details with their services , my car was a mess nothing was vacuumed or picked up and they had left a huge rusted bolt on my floor back where my kids sit. I was very unsatisfied with the amount of time it took to get my jeep back and the way we had to call about every day to check to see if it would be done .
