The car looks fantastic!! Great job!! The only complaints I have is that I wish I had been told that personal checks weren’t allowed! When I showed up to pick it up I was told then and luckily I had a credit card on me! Also I wish a member of the repair team had come out to look at the car with me and explain what they did and what I should look for etc. it felt odd just showing up and getting my car without any interaction or discussion with a repair person. Otherwise it was a good experience

It was okay. Lack of answering phones every time I called was horrible customer service(had to show up to get answers on length of maintnance) other than that exceptional work on vehicle.

Small door ding supposed to take a couple days. It took a week and a half and I have two fish eyes, a new scratch and the door moldings are not reinstalled properly. The whole inside of my vehicle was covered in bondo dust and greasy finger prints on the grab handles. There is something rattling around inside the door every time I close the door. Very disappointed.

I was very pleased when I came to pick up my vehicle. It looked amazing, and so clean inside and out. It looked brand new. I am very happy with how wonderful the staff was. I would recommend Carubba Collision to anyone.
