I am very grateful for how fast you did the work on my wife's car. However, when I picked up the car I pointed out to the gentleman that turned it over to me that the front left top corner of the bumper cover was not secured. It was sticking out and I could visibly see that it was not secured. His reasoning, and I am paraphrasing, was to 'not worry about it' and that 'it would heat up in the sun and that would help it to take its proper shape'. So once it has taken its proper shape is it supposed to just pull itself together and be good? In my opinion not a good reason. It was simply not seated/secured properly. It makes me wonder what else the mechanics and technicians did not seat and or secure properly. A day or two later I pushed the corner of bumper cover in and heard it lock in to place. I hope this doesn't happen to all of your customers and if I ever need body work done again I don't think I will be coming back.

The repair itself is satisfactory. However, when the vehicle was wiped down in the facility, all the dust and cleaning solution combined and got stuck in the crevices and crack making it very difficult for me to clean.

They did really good as if it was their own van
