I appreciated that when I pointed out a few scuff marks and paint chips they were immediately attended to...and with a smile! That is the type of business that I like working with...thanks a bunch!

Mario kept in contact with me about my car. It was ready when they said it would be. When I picked up the car Mario came to see if I was satisfied. This was my second time here.

Very good quality of service. Excellent communication.

There were a few minor issues, but none having to do with the actual repair of the vehicle. My interior is light grey, and there was a grease smudge on the driver's visor, as well as a grease mark above the door on the driver's side. I believe both were likely caused by dirty hands and a dirty hat visor, respectively. Also, the tires were sprayed with a white substance - perhaps tire dressing. It left white spray marks all over my wheels, and white smudge marks on the tires due to insufficient buffing. There are also bits of this white substance on the paint itself on the driver's side. Again, none of these things change that the actual repair/paint to the area that was damaged, and appears to have been repaired very well. If I am ever in need of collision repair in the future, I would definitely return to Fresno Body Works. I would just suggest a finer attention to detail (literally and figuratively).

Over the years they have always met and exceeded my expectations.

I had a great experience using the Clovis location of Fresno Body works. Everyone was welcoming and provided excellent customer service.
