Not completely satisfied. ****. When I picked up my car the gas gauge was way below empty. Would have been nice to have at least **** gallon in the tank so I would be certain to make it to a gas station. 2. There were some scuff marks on on the driver side black door frame which I had noticed & pointed out to the service rep two weeks into the repair work. He said they would clean the scuff marks off at the end. The marks are still there. 3. There is a new noise that sounds like a fan humming in the back seat somewhere. But does not seem to be coming from the rear vents.

Worst experience ever . I really regret taking my car there . Only 3 receptionist where nice everyone else seem like they didn't care about fixing the car correctly to them it just seem like it was a hassle. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Rick was very professional. The girl at the front counter who took the pictures of my car upon my arrival at FBW not only is professional but she’s impressive to watch her handle her business! Even though I had to go back to FBW, Both of these people made it a pleasurable experience. Our car looks great! Really satisfied! Thanks Rick.

****. I had to come back because my car alarm would not work. I live far away. 2. I had to wait till they came back from lunch. 3. I had a little chip on my windshield & your heat pressure made a huge deep crack. I was not told this could happen at first check. I'll give u a grade 7

It was frustrating when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. I was text that my car was ready for pick up. I called to make sure it was done. I told the receptionist I was on my way. When I arrived, I was told that because my husband dropped off the car, he was the only one to pick up the car. I had brought my car in for the estimate and completed the paperwork. My phone number and name (amber) is who the body shop text with updates. My husband did me a favor when he stopped off my car for service. I then had to call him and ask him to leave work after I drive from Clovis to pick up my car. Then ... the light that was installed is a pink color and the other light is white. Doesn’t look like anyone took time to check details.

Once I arrived home I noticed overspray paint on my beautiful new vehicle, more paint bubbles and even a scrape. Taking it back tomorrow. Very disappointed as it will be my 3rd trip and I no longer have the rental.
