Getting my car fix by Fresno Body Works was great. One thing I have to said is, please make sure staff who work in the front receptionist area and those who answer incoming calls are help customers with a highly respectful way. My husband took in my vehicle to get a estimate and one of the lady that helped him came off super rude, and with the highly recommendation that we have from friends and family, I was surprised that the service FBW gave us was very awful. Again please remind staff member that customer service is a plus when working in the front area. I was satisfied with the job done with my vehicle but I received really poor customer service from staff member and that really upset me. I will not recommend any of my family or friends to FBW due to the communication given to me as a first time impression. Thank you.

Amber did a great job of keeping me up to date through the entire process.

Very communicative, easy to work with, always kept me up to date, Fair, nice, helpful. Chris was especially helpful, honest, and always communicated on changes, dates, etc.
