The original repair time estimate was for a week, then it was extended to 2wks, then on the Friday it was supposed to finally be ready, I couldn’t drive it away because they had fully discharged my electric vehicle’s battery pack, which Nissan warns will significantly reduce battery longevity. After having to leave work early to go to my house, pick up, and deliver the charger, I had to wait until they reopened on Monday. When I came to retrieve the vehicle on Monday, they told me it was no longer ready and would need another day. When I finally was able to retrieve my car, I noticed the large plastic panel which normally covers the floor of the rear of the cabin had been removed and my charger was shoved into the empty area which had always been covered by the panel. Now I have a new orange error light illuminated on my dashboard and can’t figure out what it indicates. The repaired rear quarter panel is visibly darker than the rear bumper’s OEM paint.

the replacement door does not fit properly. the window does not roll up smoothly. water pours in when it rains, even if the window is rolled up. the seal between the window and the door has a gap and whistles loudly at freeway speeds. other than that it seems ok. i would like to bring it back in to see if you can make it better. i would call, but, because of the rain, my landline does not work...no cellphone. louis

The work itself looks great. Thank you very much. Staff was pleasant and thorough. Communication was good. I found it interesting that whenever I called, I had to go to at least two people before I got the answer. Other than that, a good experience.
