I really appreciated that you return the rental car for me and that you wash my car I think it took too long and I got mixed messages on the text messaging and I do feel that you are in cahoots with the insurance companies to make as much money as possible on each job

You guys changed the date of the pick up 4 times. You guys were rude when i went to pick up but when an american went you were polite, also your worker Jaime told me that my car was going to be ready when i would arrive but it wasn't and i had to wait more than an hour. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

Everyone was courteous and professional from start to finish. My 12 year old car went in to repair a rear fender bender and came out looking like a brand new car! Just beautiful. Would highly recommend the Prestigious SB team :-)
