The time for pick up of the car kept getting pushed back. I suggest not promising that a car will be ready until everyone there is sure that the given date can be kept. Not "It may be ready by Tuesday", etc. Since I am only part time in Santa Barbara the uncertainty was hugely inconvenient to me and a list of others.

Jaime and his team provided an exceptional customer experience. Everything was well communicated, my repairs were done sooner than they had estimated and they were all so accommodating - they opened early one day for me and due to my schedule, allowed me to leave my vehicle at their shop for a few extra days at no charge. I would highly recommend Prestigious Auto to anyone in need of the services they provide. They exceeded all my expectations.
