I had an amazing experience with the repairs to my Ford Focus. Tobin was very helpful and provided great customer service. He set up my car rental and also handled payment with the other party that hit my car. I had very little to worry about or take care of. There were some chips in the paint that were not taken care of. They were in the exact spot that my car was hit and they were left because whoever detailed my car, claimed they were "rock chips." There are no other chips like that anywhere else on my bumper and there were no chips before my car was hit by a tumbleweed. Isn't it possible that the stem from the large tumblewee that hit my car actually chipped off the paint? Or the tumbleweed pick up small rocks as it rolled on the ground? I take excellent care of my car and would have already touched up those "chips" if they had been there before my car had been damaged.
