Everyone was very kind and made me feel welcome. The young lady with the short hair (Myra?). I’m so sorry I have forgotten her name but she was professional and still very sweet. So was Jaime! He manages to be efficient, thorough, and professional, yet treated me like we were old friends. I can’t even tell that there was ever damage to my car! Plus a bonus: someone slid closed a cover over the cup holder I never knew existed! Now I have a place to conceal things like parking stubs, change, etc.

From the minute I dropped the car off to minute I picked it up I felt like I was in the right place. I walked into the office and a really nice woman with short hair and glasses helped me immediately. She had all the paperwork ready ahead of time so I was done with the formalities in a little under 5 minutes. Then, right as we finished a super personable guy named Jaime came over and introduced himself. We went outside to inspect the damage to the car and he explained all the possible things his team would need to do or look into. We chatted for a few and he really made a solid impression on me. From that moment on I felt really comfortable. I felt like he was a straight shooter and left feeling confident I was leaving the car with the right company to be handling this situation. Over the next few days, I got an automated text message daily giving me updates on the status of the car. (In retrospect... this was pretty amazing because I never stopped to wonder if everything was on track or not.) About halfway into the estimated timeframe I got a call from Jaime who told me everything was going according to plan and that my car would be ready on the date he expected. I continued to get a daily text until the day before I had been planning to pick it up. Instead, that afternoon I got a call letting me know the car was ready a day early. We were obviously beyond stoked and excited at the news so we left as soon as we could to pick it up. Unfortunately, there was a ton of unexpected traffic on the way and my wife and I arrived late... 10 minutes after the office was supposed to close. Luckily I had called about 10 minutes before closing to explain our situation and was told that as long as we arrived in the next 15 minutes someone would wait for us. When we finally arrived it was Jaime there who was waiting with another woman with long blond hair and glasses. Without a beat Jaime immediately took us straight to the car. The work was perfect. The car looked brand new. Not only was the damage replaced perfectly, it was super clean. They had washed it inside and out and it looked gorgeous. We went inside, signed the final paperwork, and were given the key back. I practically skipped back to the car since we had been driving our 'beater' while it was being worked on. I opened the door, jumped in and I was greeted by that incredible clean car smell. I smiled happily and drove home. We are super grateful to all the people who were so genuine and real and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Jaime as you can probably tell from the novel above really stood out and made us feel like we were in good hands. The entire experience was amazing which is the only reason I'm taking this amount of time to write about how impressed with everything I was. Professional, personable, and yeah... lol... prestigious. Wade and all the staff were exceptionally nice, they gave me my car back way before the deadline, this was great because I was not expecting it. When I saw my car I fell in love again they left her looking beautiful. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family members.
