They are ALWAYS so time professional prom in so many other positive things. I have several other collision works that are within just a few miles from my home but I drive 30 mins out of my way just because I know this ones is the BEST in EVERYTHING they day. Matthew handled our claim from the estimate to pick up. He was very pleasant and helpful. We appreciated the texts letting us know what was going on. We also were pleased that our car was ready for pick up several days earlier than originally planned. Our car looks like new again which makes us very happy! Thank you for a great resolution of an unfortunate experience. This was our first experience with Collision Works. If we ever need such services again we will definately use Collision Works.

Window is damaged, doesn’t work properly now. Brought it to the shop with it working, left there with them telling me it’s an “04” it’s old... taped my window and while I was driving on the highway it fell down the door...
on top of the car acting up after a few hours of driving on the highway. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Just not a good experience. Ended up taken the car to BMW service center instead

The repair was excellent. If I was asked how to improve my experience, I would suggest that a realistic time frame be told to the client. I was renting a car, I was told it would be 5 days, then 5 days later I was told 5 days a second time. I had to re rent the car. 5 days later, I was told it would be ready in 5 more days, again another rental renewal Two weeks later I had my truck and $500 car rental. Simply tell me realistically how long it will take and I can plan accordingly. But the work and the way I was treated was outstanding.

Text messages received offered conflicting information. One day it was a personalized text that said it would be done early, the next text would be automated to be a step back in the progress of my vehicle. It ended up being 3 days late and I had to call to find out it was actually already done. The communication was confusing and frustrating but the overall experience of work was ok.

Amazing service!! Everyone was so friendly. The text message update system they have is incredible! I absolutely loved that feature!! They took the time to completely wash our car once it was done! I haven’t seen the tires shine so good!! I can’t say enough about this place!! Very very happy!!
