No one called me to tell me my car was fixed and the text updates are over a week late. My car was finished and picked up October 11th and I received a text today on the 22nd that I picked my car up today. My bumper was misaligned and not flush with the quarter panel when I received my car. I took it back and everyone told me it was clipped in and the manner was taken hastily but they did fix it. I did not appreciate how staff tried to tell me it’s fine when it was clearly not a quality job. If I sell or trade in my car, that could have affected the appraisal. Also, I witnessed a staff member go to another staff member’s office to mock a customer immediately after they left. I do not appreciate the lack of unprofessionalism and attitude from her. I went out of my way to service my car here based on reviews and from my geico agent.

The entire team at Collision Works in Yukon was very helpful and accommodating during the entire process. Collision Works did an amazing job repairing my car and was done in a timely manner. Kayleigh provided amazing service and was a relief while I was dealing with brain swelling/damage. My speech is delayed and not easy to interpret. Her patience and kindness is Greatly Appreciated!
