VEHICLE TOOK A LONG TIME TO REPAIR. BUT A GREAT JOB WAS DONE AND IT WAS UNDERSTANDABLE BECAUSE THE VEHICLE IS A JAGUAR

Dropped Vehicle off to have hail dents fixed... told me it take 2 ****/2 weeks no problem. Told them didn't care how long they took just want it back right... week and a half later get a call truck is done.... well went to pick it up long story it wasnt done.... Had a Front windshield Tinted at 10"... got the truck back with 4" ****/2 inch... and to top it all off truck still had damage on driver side... has NEW Damage on passenger side that was not there when I dropped the truck off... then Manager came out and tried to tell me that some of the damage that was still on the roof was "factory defect."... been waiting 3 weeks to get my truck back into the shop to see if they can even fix it correctly I would not recommend this body shop to my ex wife... idk how your body shop has such good reviews... quality control ****... will definitely be Talking to USAA about getting your body shop removed off their recommended list to use.

Repairs were completed in a timely manner, and truck now looks better than ever. Mike was extremely helpful in customer service, and keeping me up to date on status of repairs. 10 out of 10 would recommend this shop.

This was my first experience with Collision Works of Derby. From start to finish, everything went perfectly. If the need arises, I will use them again.

I enjoyed being regularly updated about the progression of my repairs. Alongside that the customer service was impeccable. When leaving I felt like they were like family, ensuring that I knew that if anything happened they’d be here to help.

Jessi did a great job keeping us informed on the progress of the repairs. She also made sure all the needed repairs were done. I am happy with the work and have found no problems with any of the repairs. I would have no problem referring your business to anyone. You are lucky to have an employee like Jessi!

The repaired fender now shows an obvious sign of detachment. When I returned the car, they blamed me claiming there was "damage under the fender on the bumper." They could not answer this question: "Why was the other fender(the fender not repaired) showing similar detachment?"

Collision Works has always taken great care of my vehicles. They are trustworthy and keep you informed of what’s happening.
