Hello, so I appreciate the updates, honesty, and your managers approval to waive my deductible, but at this point 3 things came up in less than a week that we're all preventable before the back ordered part came in. As a result I paid $630 which includes extra Rental car days, gas, and when I could afford the rental; Lyft charges. Which isn't even including the fact I got back from visiting my parents and paid to stay in okc for 2 days expecting it to be ready last Friday. I've been polite and patient, but ultimately these are now your shop's mistakes and compensation is fair regardless of the deductible. Please discuss this with your manager. I can only hope your team will learn to catch similar issues with other client's cars in the future.

I do not know what the status of the repairs are for the vehicle. I have not been contacted by the repair shop to let me know what the repair status of the vehicle is. At this time, I do not know what has happened to the vehicle.

Had my lift gate replaced but now my rear windshield wiper doesn’t work as if it isn’t connected and since i got the car back, my usb port won’t connect. not sure how that’d be related, but it’s odd timing. i’ve been trying to call about it but the line keeps ringing.

My car took longer to fix than the timeline I was told. Each time I called, they said it would be a few more days. I received no notifications of any delays unless I called to ask. And because of how long this took, I am now out of hundreds of dollars that I had to spend on a rental car. On top of that, when I finally picked my car up, they tried to charge me for more than they quoted for the repairs. Luckily I kept the original quote they gave me, so they ended up giving me the correct price. When I got home, I realized the front bumper had a gap on one side - like it was installed crooked. But after everything that had already happened and after reading other reviews I decided it wasn’t worth it to take it back in to get fixed.
