The work done was great, but some things promised on the website were not accurate. I only got one progress text (which was inaccurate). The site also said parts would be ordered before drop off, yet after the text telling me my car was almost finished I called & they didn't even have my bumper yet. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, but it was still pretty frustrating to feel like I was being jerked around.
