My husband and I had a wonderful experience using Tom Masano to repair some minor damage to my car. From beginning to end, Tom Mozer made sure that all our concerns were addressed, and took the time to answer any questions we had. We were told to expect my car to be ready for pickup on a certain day and time, and it was ready. I appreciated that. Tom Mozer was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience. I even asked him at one point if he was the manager because he seemed to go the extra mile. I also want to acknowledge Tyler. Even under extremely hot conditions, he took the time to wash our car well and was very friendly. Great job Masano!!
