Karla and Anthony were the main people I dealt with, and they were great especially Karla! It's already a stressful situation to have to get your car fixed, and the people at Carstar made it as pleasant as possible! The repair did not take long, and both Karla and Anthony were very communicative in updating me with what was going on with my car. I would recommend anyone I know to get their repairs done at Carstar!

While inspecting the van yesterday, we noticed there is fine air bubbles looks like orange peel texture behind the servpro house logo on the right hand side of the vehicle. On the right side, there is a gap in between the fender trim and body towards the front of the vehicle. On the passenger side front door towards the bottom there is paint run off. There is paint spots and imperfections, and drips on the hood of the vehicle.

This was my 2nd accident in my driving years, other shop before was a joke... Craig and the staff at Carstar where so amazing with the process of my repair, thanks again this will be my new shop and for my friends and family...

Put plastic down. My interior is light and had a lot of scuff marks. Extra work on my part but still satisfied with your work.
