Very courteous and friendly staff as well as the convenience of having a rental car facility inside the shop! That made the transition of getting my car worked on so much easier! I will only use Sunbeam Autobodu from now on for any work on my cars

Very happy with the service at the shop and quality of the repair, excellent. Best experience with an autobody shop I've had, hands down. Friendly, helpful people. Very impressive operation! I am not happy that enterprise charged me for 7 days of additional insurance when I dropped my car of on a Tuesday at 7:30 am and picked it up on a Monday at 7:30 AM. That's 6 days, rep said that is how they calculate it but I don't accept that calculation. I will be calling enterprise customer service. Not happy about that.

When we pickup our car, we noticed that the scratch prevention strips were left off of the trunk and bumper, when they were replaced. We knew they were on the work order because we saw the adjuster add them. I pointed this out and he said the would order and call us to bring the car back to install. This was 04/26 and we haven't heard anything yet. We are having a problem closing our trunk. We have to slam it sometimes several times before it latches. We were quoted 11 days to fix our car and it took a month and it still isn't done. We had a truck fixed there before and were very happy. We chose you because of our passed experience. We are trying to give you the benefit of the doubt but this time hasn't been pleasant.

First complete the repair correctly. You should be covering my additional expenses and inconvenience. The first time I came there, I was impressed. This time was completely different and I don't plan to ever return or recommend Sunbeam to anyone

Vibration above 65 mph was never addressed and as I pulled away the hood light on my center console came on saying the hood was open. (It was closed). It seems no one test drove to confirm issues were addressed. I returned the vehicle with no further updates today and phone call not returned from my Geico rep.

My overall experience was very good and found each of the employees I encountered to be quite helpful. The thing I found most satisfying about my experience was the young lady that went over the estimate with me when I picked up my vehicle. Her name is Marchelle and she was very professional and pleasant. Her customer service skills are top notch and she demonstrated the ability to provide excellent service and get the job done.
