There was a crack in my bumper that was not there before. Instead of replacing the BMW tag for the front of my car they tried to straighten the bent one and placed it on my car. So, now I have to bring my car back to be repaired.

Back tires were supposed to be included in the repair and they wasn't. Had to write refuse on the documents when I came to pick up the vehicle and also still leave with the vehicle because I didn't gave the funds to keep the rental car. I felt like I left with a vehicle that was not road ready and safe for my family.
