I am glad to have my car back and the damage area looks nice but I have beige interior and am upset that whoever worked on my vehicle was not considerate and put dirty black fingerprints on my roof liner and the upper frame piece on the drivers side around window. I'm very careful that these areas are clean now they are disgusting. Extremely upset.

The repairs were quick, no hassle, took care to explain what was going to happen, and it did. Thoroughly coordinated through the insurance company and the convenience of the rental car company co-located with the repair facility was a real plus, and made everything so easy. Thanks, Brian, good job.

I was really happy with the way my car looked. It was even washed, tires and rims clean. Staff was awesome and accommodating. I actually got my car back early which was on Monday so that was even better. Awesome job and I highly recommend!

After I had my car back I thought something was different about the replacement bumper. After bringing the car in and talking with the representative, I concluded the right bumper had been installed and thanked the rep for taking the time to hear my concern and want to make things right if I wasn't satisfied.

My car was rear ended and the insurance suggested that I bring my car to Chapman's for repair. From the moment I entered the business, I was helped by persons who know their business and how to work efficiently. I was told what repairs would be completed on my car and asked if I had questions. I appreciated their professional manner and the time they spent with me. When I picked up my car after the repairs were completed, Jesse again thoroughly explained and showed the repairs to me. My experience with the Chapman group was very pleasant and I wish to thank them.
