I have a hectic work schedule (morning to close, every day,) and expressly asked to make my preferred point of contact as by email. I also asked my Geico rep to make sure everyone was on the same page with me being only contacted through email/text. He confirmed he did. Fast forward Dec 23rd the shop emailed me that my car was ready and they would give me a call to arrange a pick up. Knowing that I wouldn't be able to pick up the call I emailed back that I could be there as soon as the morning after Dec 25, as they were of course closed for Christmas. No response. I continued to get no response for 3 days. First I thought it was because of holidays but I grew concerned because I was using a rental and didn't know how long it would be covered. Finally on Saturday Dec 28 after three days I had to step out of work to call them. Guy says there'd been many calls trying to reach me to pick up my car. You'd think by the 3rd call it might be better to try to contact me by, I don't know, the EMAIL ADDRESS I SPECIFICALLY ASKED TO CONTACTED BY? Guy says if I'm using a rental oh yeah I should come pick up my car ASAP. My work isn't even done until 3 hours after they close that day. Oh and I can't come tomorrow because they're closed Sundays. I come in the shop Monday Dec 30 and speak with someone behind the counter about what all the trouble was with contacting me. He gives me the same spiel about multiple calls being made to me. I tell him that's POINTLESS because I'm unable to receive those calls and they're closed anytime I'm off and able to call them. His defense then was "why didn't you call Geico? They're open to calls 24 hrs aren't they?" What's GEICO going to do? GEICO doesn't have my car, YOU DO. And the best part of what he said to me?: "You DO have a phone, don't you?" I actually laughed at him at that. Here I was about to be paying $120 out of pocket for the rental because THEY willfully neglected to contact me by the method I EXPRESSLY asked for and instead of apologizing in any way this man was purposefully being a condescending patronizing ****. Astounding. Anyway, in conclusion customer service was absolutely ATROCIOUS. It starts with the owner, "John." They made clear enough any mistake with the service they'll NEVER own up to it or god forbid make up for it.

I am completely and truly satisfied with the International Collision service in repairing my car. this was my first experience with this Shop and I definitely consider to utilize their service for any further needs as well recommend to my friends and others. Great customer service and makes you feel like a family and being taken care of . Mr. Jon was the best, prompt response, going extra mile to make sure the experience is smooth from the start to end. Jon and his colleagues were extremely helpful and supportive. Despite all the frustration of getting rear ended over the holidays resulted in lots of pain and having to change Thanksgiving plans, I got my car fixed in no time! I would highly recommend International Collision and rate them as extremely efficient, professional and helpful!
