While the repair is find, and the people very polite, I was told multiple times, and quite emphatically that if I dropped it off one day, I would be able to pick it up the next. I dropped it off Wednesday at noon, so...that gives you ****.5 days to finish before end of business Thursday. I got a call Thursday telling me it would not be done. Not acceptable, given that I had to rearrange to make it work in my schedule. Granted, I had a loaner to drive, but I needed my larger SUV and not the Malibu I had to drive. I appreciate the overall great attitude of the staff, and the loaner, but do not commit to something and then not meet it.
