Your facility is nice and clean and employees are very warm and welcoming and they were all wonderful. Your estimate on my car repairs was a lot over the top. Included in the estimate was a paint job on a car door that was not even part of the accident and did not require any repair or repainting at all and you estimated over 8 hours labor and around $ ****,200.00 just on that car door that again was not damaged or needing any repair. You did not check into used parts for fender, bumper or head light only new from dealership and this is an old car 2006. So the estimate was way way over done. I actually am able to get all repairs at another place for less than $1000.00 for everything needed and you estimated me over $6,000.00 that is disturbing and yes AAA had been also well informed of this issue. Makes it hard to feel that you are not just trying to overcharge for things and labor as well. Otherwise Like I said I was very happy with staff, facility, and how fast you were able to get my car in and get me an estimate you are excelent in that.
