Every thing went so smoothly. My car from Enterprise was waiting for me when I dropped off my car. I especially appreciated the updates sent by email. I was able to leave my rental car when I picked up my car which was much easier than having to go to Enterprise. I loved that my car was washed and cleaned inside. They even found some small items that had fallen under the car seat. As a a retired teacher I would give you an A+!

Poor workmenship side bumper panels on each side were not lined up and poking out. Backup camera did not work just showed a blue square. Various black grease spots on car where work was done. Was asked where the location of my backup camera was and what was the name of the Insurance company handling the costs of the repairs. Never picked up my car today told them I need repairs done right! Very disappointed as our family have had several other vechicles repaired here for over 29 years. Also it took me over an hour I. Traffic to come to the shop to discover my car was not ready. Just a waste of my time........ Maybe a quality control inspection needs to be done before telling me my car is all ready.
