This Service King at 6401 W University Dr. in McKinney just opened this past week and I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Tim or the quality of the repairs. Tim kept me apprised of the status of my vehicle throughout the process and notified me immediately upon completion. Rick, the manager of this new facility, took time to introduce himself and expressed obvious pride in the entire staff assembled for this new location. I have been a Service King customer for many years and have experience with several locations. I can unequivocally state that this is my best experience ever!
