Excellent experience. All staff was extremely friendly. Cody was nice enough to drop me off at home after dropping my car off and she picked me up when it was ready , I didn't have anyway else of getting there. Daves collision also got my car done a week ahead of the original date it was estimated to be done because they knew I did not have a rental car included in my policy. I appreciated that so much, they had an extra person work on my car for me so it could get done more quickly. Truly wonderful service. Thank you!

The entire process was very positive. Beginning with the initial phone call the service was excellent. That continued with all interaction at the front desk, the estimate , dropping off the vehicle , communication throughout the process until picking up the car when work was completed. Obviously, the main focus was the repairs that were done. They did an excellent job. I'd say whoever did the work is a perfectionist. I'm very pleased with the outcome. If any part of this process was not dealt with so professionally and efficiently, it may have made the situation difficult. Dave's staff made things go as smooth as possible. We appreciated the honesty in the reason the repair took longer than usual. We were grateful for the continued communication along the way as the car was being repaired. Cannot tell the vehicle was ever involved in an accident. Tell tale signs of sub par repairs are misaligned seems. None are present. Paint is a perfect match as well. Kudos to all involved!!

My interior light wasnt working when I picked up my car which makes it difficult to see inside my car. The technician knew it wasn't working yet didn't fix it. If I didn't say anything when I picked up my car, they weren't going to tell me it was broken. Overall the repairs were nicely done and was delivered earlier than estimated, but I would have appreciated that if they knew there was a problem they would have fixed it before I picked it up. I was already without my car for 3 weeks. Now I need to go back to get it fixed.

The car looks great however I noticed the front hub is cracked and was not replaced. Other than that car looks brand new. Thank you for your speedy service and professionalism.
