The work was well done but Rossyln Auto Body, unlike other auto repair shops, is user-friendly. I was given updates on the progress being made and when I had to wait two hours to pick up the car, a pizza suddenly appeared saying "our apologies for this taking longer than we told you it would." It was two hours of my time well spent.

Vicky the receptionist was awesome. Joe the adjuster and Derek were also great. Friendly staff and everyone was very professional. They even reserved my rental car for me. They kept me updated from start to finish. I recieved alerts though my phone and email about the status of my vehicle. I would defiantly recommend them to friends and family.
