Rosalyn did a fantastic job with my car, even getting the work finished ahead of schedule to avoid a predicted storm. The service was incredibly attentive. I particularly appreciated the text updates and pictures. Rosalyn was first rate!

I stayed informed throughout the entire process; I was able to see the repair as it happened through successive, quotidian photographs. Satisfaction is an absolute understatement. God forbid I ever get an accident again; but if I did, Rosslyn Auto Body is where I'll get my repairs!

My repairs took longer than anticipated, but the body shop mitigated this by absorbing the extra costs of the rental car while the repairs were taking place. I appreciate that, and also the daily updates and pictures that were sent to my phone and also the calls that kept me apprised of the situation. So far, the car looks and feels great, and they even told me that all of the parts that were replaced (paint included) were under warranty. The repairs may have taken longer than everyone thought they were going to, but these things happen, and Rosslyn Auto Body found ways to offset that until the job could be done right. Overall I am quite happy with the experience thus far.

You guys are amazing. I brought my car I with damages from a wreck...a 2008 ford escape. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Most importantly, in removing the damaged parts from my baby, more damage was found that wasn't due to the car accident. I was informed immediately and given an estimate. I gave you guys the go ahead to fix the part. I got my car back very quickly considering the new found damage and when I did I was so ecstatic. She looked better than when I bought her and her interior was cleaner too! Somehow y'all managed to get out paint stains that were there from when i bought her and that was incredible. More importantly, she drove so much better than ever. I could feel I had so much more control. Thank you. Thank you so much for the hard work of all the employees at Rosslyn auto body. You were fast, efficient, kind, reliable, you genuinely care, and you have GREAT prices. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this body shop. I also wrote a review on yelp! Thanks again!
