Repairs took much longer than expected, which is reasonable when waiting for parts, but everything was often pushed back without informing me or worse, telling me everything was on time until I call in and I'm told it's been pushed back yet again at the last minute.

Did not like the fact that we stated what was wrong with the truck and the attuide from the front office was unacceptable. Did not appreciate not getting updates on the vehicle. We had to drive by and call to see what was going on. One weekend drove by and saw the drivers window down and snow in side from the snowfall all weekend. Vehicle has high dollar accessories inside the truck for someone to walk up and steal. Went to go pick up the truck and the doors were frozen shut due to the washing the truck recieved. For a state Farm certified repair shop, you seem to have no knowledge of customer service or satisfaction. I will not recommend this shop to anyone.
