I will never ever ever trust your place and I will never recommend your place to anyone I know you have been dishonest from the beginning my Lincoln’s repair was 8900 yet when I went in there to talk to you about that you said $23,000 you have guys have been nothing but dishonest along with AAA I think you to have it in cahoots with one another I’ve never seen a bunch of dishonest place like yours in my life. I’m so sorry that my Lincoln was way too old for you guys to even try to fix you refuse to fix it I don’t know how you guys are even in business anymore I hate your place and I will never go there again all you guys did was lie to me and play games . Do you want to lie to me about the tow truck driver was trying to get a hold of me that was another lie you said he was in front of my house that was another lie do you think I can’t check my cell phone I’m too stupid or what my car is still Waiting to get fixed if I have to find a reputable place to do it

I was extremely happy with platinum collision center. Taylor and Homan went above and beyond in making sure I understood everything and was kept updated through the process. The car looks brand new. Taylor’s customer service is impeccable and i truly think my experience with them was the one good thing to come out of the minor car accident. I’m beyond pleased and if the need ever arose again, i would come back to PCC every time. I will make sure to recommend to anyone I know.
