I received an email stating my car was completed. I called the shop to confirm closing time because I had received the notification. I rearranged my schedule and returned the rental car immediately. Once I arrived to the shop to pick up my car, my car was not completed. I then had to contact ins and obtain another rental. 2 hours wasted along with cancelled plans.

Allstate Insurance Com. Advice me to take my car for repair to Tenecula Auto Body. The staff are very helpful and very nice group. They very pleasant to talk to and they gave me the update to my car every day. I am really lucky to find the group of people like them.I felt like I was their friend rather than a customer. I will be happy to recommend Temecula Auto Body to my family, friend and to the people who will be looking for the best service there is. They are my friend now and they invited me to stop by and have some coffee. Thank you very much guys for taking care of my car. See you again.

So easy to work with and very nice. Got the job done in less time than it was estimated to take and stayed late so I could pick up my car before the weekend. They also kept in constant contact to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. Definitely a team I would trust if I have any other issues with my car!

Very professional staff. Competent front office employees handled all of the insurance paperwork. Thank you!! Plus, our car was finished at least 10 days earlier than the target date. So pleased.
