You ordered the wrong parts. Completion date is a week past your estimated completion date or more.

We have had three different repairs done with your shop. All three times we have had to bring them back for something. You have made it right each time, but it would be nice to not have to come back every time.

Our Jeep was totaled so no repairs happened this time around. Customer service was excellent!

I was unsatisfied with my headlights and this guy Collision Center replaced one of them at no cost to me and put it in at no cost to me. But when I got my car back the second time lights were still on even which should be simple. It took almost 12 days to do a job that took should have taken two or three days tops. I really appreciate Chad at BSC though, he was very adamant about doing whatever it took to make me satisfied with my repair. He did go above and beyond. Like I said he replaced one of my headlights on their dime which was about $380. And I do appreciate him doing that and I appreciate he was willing to do whatever I wanted him to do to make me satisfied and he did 150%. Play whoever was working on the car whoever put the headlights in needs to be trained in how to Line Em Up or how to do them all together. Even though I haven't done the survey about my satisfaction with Big Sky Collision. I didn't want to give a bad report. But I want to give a big thank you to Chad. He did whatever it took you make me happy with my car repair.
