I did not appreciate work being done without information on what was done being shared with me until I asked. I should have been kept in the loop through the entire process. Work was also done at a secondary location to which I expressly asked to be stopped because I did not want to be stuck with an enormous bill. Work continued and I was charged for it. Mark was extremely uncommunicative and the job was handled inappropriately. I will not be going back to AMMCC in the future should I ever need work done again.

1st, from the start your operation setup with the insurance and car rental under the same roof was outstanding. I was amazed by your communication with me on the progress of the vehicle bodywork. You folks have the latest and greatest for the customer "one stop" to resolve vehicle damages. Then lastly, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was washed and sparkling clean.
